Announced in 2009, this is a full frame, AF-S 50mm lens. AF-S means internal silent wave AF motor, making this lens the first Nikkor 50mm to AF on D40 and D60 bodies. (DX bodies by the way, so you'll be using a lens with twice the glass you actually need)
